Nurturing safer, braver spaces
toward embodiment, connection & healing
After nearly a decade on the open road as a touring folk musician, Iโve found my roots here on the sweet lands of the DhudhuroaโWaywurru people in North East Victoria. Life called me home to a more nourishing rhythm, and now I weave my days between being a devoted mother, trauma-informed yoga therapist & teacher, therapeutic bodywork practitioner, embodied vocal coach, and a facilitator of circles for women and young people.
My work has grown from both lived experience and years of study โ over 800 hours of Yoga training from around the globe, 15 years as a professional musician, and as writer Elizabeth Gilbert would say: countless lessons from this ever-so-humbling โEarth Schoolโ! Each offering I share is grounded in genuine connection, mindful movement, rhythm, sound, and the gift of community.
I hold a deep devotion to creating safer & braver spaces where folks of all walks of life and abilities can gently soften into themselves - perhaps remembering what it feels like to find a welcoming home within their own bodies.
Hello, Iโm Candice.
Itโs so lovely to find you here.
Offerings
Hatha Yoga
As we navigate complex systems, feelings, and circumstances, step into a nurturing yoga space where all parts of you are welcome and supported.
Classes are slow, steady & trauma-informed. I will meet you exactly where you are.
Therapeutic Bodywork
These floor-based and fully clothed Bodywork sessions combine gentle stretching, firm acupressure, rhythmic movement, and deep-listening touch to support release, connection, safety, and spaciousness throughout your body.
Rooted in ThaiVedic traditions, Osteopathic techniques and closely aligned with Zenthai Shiatsu, each session is tailored to meet you exactly as you are, whilst also holding attuned space for your individual trigger points.
This form of bodywork is a supportive ally for releasing musculoskeletal tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting in a little more ease.
1:1 Therapeutic Yoga
Integrating trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and embodied wellbeing practices - alongside specialised training in alignment & muscoloskeletal support - I offer personalised sessions designed to support physical, emotional, and nervous-system health. These sessions provide a nurturing and practical framework, empowering you to understand your bodyโs signals, soothe your nervous system, and take sustainable ownership of your long-term health and wellbeing.
This work is grounded, gentle, and accessible โ meeting you where you are and supporting you toward a braver, safer and more empowered way of being.

Our circles are held in the local forest (weather-permitting) on Dhudhuroa-Waywurru/Yackandandah Country, North East VIC.
